Our Practice

The Ormeau Medical Centre was born out of two doctor's passion for a Community Practice. They had 20 years of hospital and specialist experience behind them.

Back then there was no medical practice around Ormeau. The Greyhound Coach Service was the only transport link and people we still riding horses in the streets of Ormeau. That was in 1994 , now it is almost 25 years since then. The population has grown, demography has changed, but our philosophy of serving the community has not changed.

Thanks to the support of the community and dedicated staff the Ormeau Medical Centre still exists after 25 years and hopes to continue into the future.
